It seems like just yesterday I was writing B's FOUR month post. My big boy is getting so BIG! It makes my heart ache and soar at the same time! He is doing so many new things. Life is never dull, that is for sure! Here is what B is up to...
*Weighs 17 lbs. 2 oz.
*Is 30 inches long!
*Gnaws and drools on EVERYTHING!
*Still having tummy troubles. We added yet another new med yesterday for the reflux. Dr. Ellenburg is a good man!
*Can sit up from a slightly inclined position. He is currently trying to sit up in EVERYTHING!
*Has new facial expressions and noises everyday
*LOVES playing with his feet... but moreso when his feet are bare
*Eating baby food- sweet potatoes seem to be his favorite at the moment
*Only waking up ONCE at night to eat. He was doing this until about month 4. For the past month, he wakes up several times a night until the past week.
*Still a Momma's boy! :)
*Will try to hold the book as we read
*Tries to grab the spoon when he is fed
*Can feed himself.... but is usually lazy and chooses not to!
*Can put himself to sleep... woo hoo! I LOVE listening to this sweet boy talk to himself before he drifts off to dreamland!

Love it! Sophie is by far Kate's favorite teether... and sweet potatoes were her favorite for a while too! Now she's not too picky (except for peas). Love all of the cute pictures of Bennett! I think we will need a play date after April 17th.
ReplyDeleteOkay I'm commenting AGAIN because Kate just had her 6 month well check today (even though she'll be 7 months on Saturday). She is in the 100% for height at 29 1/2 inches tall and 89% at 19 lbs 7.5 oz. Our car seat only goes up to 30 inches and 30 lbs so we have had to switch her over to a convertible rear-facing car seat. Does Bennett still fit in his car seat?
