This Easter season, we were able to go to two different Easter Egg Hunts. We went to one at mama's church and one at ours. We had so much fun this Easter season. Bennett loved it all!
We kicked off Easter season at FBC. Holden wasn't too sure about the bouncy castle!

Speaking of unbreakable bonds... these four make me smile! Cousins are the best.
After hearing the Easter story, we headed out for the Egg Hunt. H found one egg and was perfectly content.
Bennett found several and was more than happy!

After the Egg Hunt, we went to Bennett's baseball practice and then went to Dairy Queen. I think it's safe to say that Holden was a fan of the M&M Blizzard!
The next day, we continued our Easter traditions by dyeing Easter Eggs. Holden thought they were balls so two were broken right off the bat.
the following Wednesday, we headed to our church for our Easter Egg Hunt. We ate some supper and listened all about the Resurrection Eggs. We were so proud of Bennett because he was speaking up and knew about the eggs since we explored ours at home a few times. He was so eager to share what he knew. In a big crowd, this was very unlike him. It made my heart smile that he KNOWS the story and understands the meanings and symbols. After all, it's the most important story I can ever tell him!
After the story, we headed to find all the eggs. Holden was a busy boy... not finding eggs, just chasing the big kids!
These besties had a ball... they always do! I am so thankful for them!
Once Holden saw B open an egg, he decided he would try, too.
