A few weeks ago, we decided it would be fun to take B to the fair. I had NEVER been to our county fair before. Ha ha! It was actually pretty fun... even though I didn't ride anything. Jonathan did all the riding with B. :) B got in a quick nap in his chair and then it was time to go eat and go to the fair!
When we first got there, we saw the animals. There was a cow, dog, goats, sheep, turkeys, and a DEER. Right now, Bennett is a bit LOT freaked out by deer. He wakes up scared after being asleep for a bit, he is scared to go to sleep in his room, and is worried when it gets dark. He told us he thinks they are looking in our windows!! We got a spray bottle full of water "Deer Spray" and sprayed it all around our yard. It seemed to work for a day or two but then the paranoia was back. He isn't being manipulative... he is genuinely TERRIFIED! It's sad! Anywho... he actually looked at the baby deer at the fair but didn't want to touch it... or want his daddy to feed it!
He also rode EVERY ride that he was tall enough to ride. Some, he could even ride by himself! Some rides, he rode more than once. He had a blast!

THis was the FASTEST carousel EVER. Jonathan was on one horse beside B and B was on his own... until the ride started! It was flying! Needless to say, Jonathan hopped off and held on to Bennett!
And of course... a family selfie before leaving! We had a great time and will continue this tradition next year. Next year though, we will just eat at the Fair! I can already taste the YUMMY food!
